"Rays catered a fish fry for 20 people and we picked it up @11am for lunch @12:00. They put the food in a hot chest. When we pulled the food out it was just as good as if we had eaten at the restaurant. It was warm and not greasy. Every person had plenty to eat. Cheese grits were delicious. I would highly recommend them for a fish fry. Everyone kept saying these fish are delicious!"
